This position will coordinate all PLM activities from electrical and systems engineering disciplines to fulfill defined project and product requirements.
Electrical Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the Electrical Engineering team to address program risk and issues; create, maintain, and drive action plans to closure.
Provide technical leadership to the team and ensure project deliverables are met overseeing the design of products or systems.
Develop process improvements for design, test, release, and implementation phases of electrical development.
Oversight of project schedules, budget, product cost targets, technical performance, and quality.
Work effectively through all phases of design and manufacturing, including development and implementation of solutions to meet customer requirements.
Drive performance to plan and achieve schedule, requirements, and financial commitments.
Electrical Engineering Manager Requirements:
Previous experience managing product development/product life cycle projects with an electrical (or electro-mechanical) product
Experience leading an Engineering team or department.
BS Degree or higher in an Engineering discipline
