A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager Non-Tech. The successful candidate will d evelop and implement a readiness plan for the large-scale migration of nonprofit customers, ensuring robust preparation and a seamless transition. Project Manager Non-Tech Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $50/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States i n the West Coast Time zone )
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Project Manager Non-Tech Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a readiness plan for the large-scale migration of nonprofit customers, ensuring robust preparation and a seamless transition.
- Create comprehensive communications planning to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the migration process.
- Maintain diligent tracking of project progress, managing migrations, testing, milestones, and completion across multiple streams of work.
- Identify and manage all project resources, clearly defining roles and responsibilities (who’s who in the zoo) and keeping track of deliverables and due dates.
- Lead the project team through each phase, ensuring clarity on the next steps and adherence to best practices.
Project Manager Non-Tec h Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in being able to manage 10-15 stakeholder groups with efficiency.
- 6+ years of experience in using MSFT Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 6+ years of experience in the ability to manage the processes end-to-end, including overseeing test cases and solution validation/testing.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical migrations and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and the ability to operate within varying regulatory and legal jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of process improvement to streamline business workflows and reduce cycle times.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in providing white-glove service to a diverse range of clients.
- Strong project management skills, including readiness planning, scheduling, and resource management, to guide complex migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills to develop clear comms planning and articulate project status and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools to monitor all aspects of the projects, ensuring accountability and timely completion of milestones.
- Ability to manage the migration process end-to-end, including overseeing test cases and solution validation/testing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products to leverage tools for project management and solution design efficiently.
