WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Generate/input sales lead.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Partner with Dispatch team to schedule maintenance visits.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the company's methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer concerns, and provide/escalate to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain records of customer interactions within the dispatch program.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned.
