Customer Relationship Manager (Physical Therapy Clinics)

We are an innovative, virtual reality powered healthcare technology startup looking to hire a self-motivated and energetic person for our customer relationship team.

• Help support our innovative device in physical therapy clinics/customer sites.
• Support device implementation and ongoing support.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
• Provide customer feedback to company and its development team.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate would be someone who has an interest in working for a startup.
• Must have a passion for new physical rehab technologies.
• Ability to travel between clinic sites.
• General aptitude and ability to trouble shoot basic laptop, hardware, and software issues.
