This is a Full-Time position scheduled Monday - Friday 9a -6p with some flexibility. The pay is $13 -15 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.This role is onsite at our center located: 209 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809 Why Youll Love Working with Us:Paid time off after 1 year of employment

Professional Development Training
Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
Ensure all Center policies and state regulations are met
High School Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
FL45 DCF hours required with CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred

Minimum of 1 -2 years of professional early childhood education or experience
Must clear a full level II DCF background check
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
