What The Position is About:
- Oversee a team of in-home sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Strong understanding & experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets & managing a successful sales team
