Job description

Meals By Mel in Norco, CA is looking for a personal assistant to join our team. This will be assisting our President of Sales. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Position is Part-time but could eventually transition to Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage appointments or meetings
• Travel to existing and prospective clients and locations
• Correspond with clients and customers in a professional manner
• Act as support personnel for customer service
• Assist the face of the company with Social Media content

Qualifications

• Work experience as a personal assistant or a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time in accordance with needs
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Knowledge of how to create content through Instagram i.e. reels, posts, stories, etc.
