The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in providing financial leadership and decision-making support to the business. This individual will oversee operational metrics reporting, monthly closing processes, financial statement preparation, and more. Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to site leaders, providing financial insights and guidance.
• Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate accounting records are maintained.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analytics, including workpapers and journal entries.
• Reconcile inventory to GL/perpetual reports and manage departmental transactions.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, tax returns, and year-end audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Track and report all capital expenditures for the site, preparing ROI analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Manufacturing and Cost Accounting experience is REQUIRED.
• C.P.A. certification preferred.
• Strong experience in both private and public accounting sectors preferred.
• Proven progressive leadership record.
