Job description
AlediumHR seeks a talented individual for the exciting Director of Clinical Pharmacy role in Reading, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical product and solution leader. You must have experience in specialty pharmacy, negotiating payer contracts, or managing specialty accreditation.
We seek an ideal candidate with at least 4 years of related experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. A Pharmacy degree and current pharmacist license are required, and experience with accreditation cycles is critical. An advanced degree is preferred .
As the Director of Clinical Pharmacy, you will drive program development and implementation. Your strategic vision will expand specialty pharmacy programs while optimizing efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with finance and reimbursement teams to maximize revenue and identify cost-saving opportunities.
