Job description

Bartender serving draft beer, bottle and can beverages. Not a liquor bar. Must have retail and bartending experience. References are required. Personality is a big part of this position as this bar has a large regular customer base. Up to 30 hours a week, not guaranteed and will change week by week. Pay is $9/hr plus weekly split tips. If you have never been into No.3 Craft Brews & Beer Bar, please come check the place out before applying.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in retail beer store
• Customer service
• Conversation with customers
• Opening and closing procedures
• Glass washing
• Proper beer pouring
• Multitasking
• Openminded and non judgmental about any and all topics that may be discussed at the bar.

Qualifications

• Craft beer knowledge and experience
• Downtown Cape Coral knowledge
• Retail experience
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Work well with others
• Lifting up to 60lbs
• 21 years +
