Job DescriptionCyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Associate Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to Devise efficient systems to support the strategy and execution of Visa's Virtual Terminal and Transaction Management projects globally in all phases of the product lifecycle including user research, design, development, and commercialization. Create a vision for the product, and establish the mission and objectives with clear and measurable key performance indicators ("KPIs"). Work with various stakeholders to curate the product and achieve strategic objectives to deliver a best-in-class user experience for our clients and partners. Participate in planning activities with Designers, Product Managers, and Product Development as well as working with Technical Product Managers to ensure that scope and requirements are well defined, and that detailed stories are meeting product requirements. Use principles of production and engineering to prioritize product backlogs. Review product feedback and bugs raised by customers and internal teams, then triage and prioritize them within the product's roadmap. Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, grooming and demo to sign off on all deliverables to ensure high quality. Work with the Product Management Office to ensure orderly and predictable execution of deliverables. Work with Product Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams to fully commercialize products. Evangelize products and best practices across the Product and Technology organizations through a number of means including planning, guidance, tools, processes, and internal trainings. Position reports to the Employer's Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Up to 10% domestic travel is required.
QualificationsEmployer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an Associate Product Manager-related occupation.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $165,464.00 USD to $176,200.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
