Our competitive compensation structure is designed to reward your expertise and dedication, offering base salaries ranging from $150,000 to $200,000+, complemented by a bonus system that can include Production, Signing, Retention, Equity, Tenure and Referral Bonuses. We understand the importance of work-life balance, hence we provide flexible scheduling options, allowing for either 3 or 4-day work weeks.
