This person would be an independent worker who is able to meet deadlines and be accountable for their work.

This position offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite.

Please know that this may change to accommodate onsite work demand. 

Typical hours are 7:00am-3:00pm flexibility is required to work weekend or evening hours needed to meet needs of students.

Purpose:
Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service or assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships between Project Specialist and department administrators, site administrators, practice manager, and other users.
• Populate existing data fields; oversee design of new data fields as needed.
• Oversee all aspects of Physician Services Division Clinical sites database, including data updating, utilization, reporting.
• Initiate relationships with other business units to maximize effectiveness of database.
• Serve as liaison between Senior Physician Services Division Management, departmental and ISD representative, database developers.
• Respond to business/reporting requests by Senior Management Staff, clinical departments and practices.
• Serve as a liaison between the Physician Services Senior Management staff and key client users as required.
