Regional Service Manager - New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall product support leadership in order to achieve service and operations targets whilst ensuring alignment between service and overall business strategies.
- Leverage your expertise in the Construction Equipment industry to bolster customer relationships and achieve service goals.
- Drive service and support initiatives for Construction Equipment products, contributing to the overall growth of market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize customer solutions.
- Elevate product performance by effectively developing the product support offering through use of the highly experienced service teams.
- Elevate brand awareness by showcasing the value proposition of the products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction equipment industry is essential.
- A strong background in service leadership and/or support of construction equipment divisions is critical.
