Atlanta-based Meyer Entertainment Group is a fast growing, multi-platform, multi-faceted production company. We specialize in site-specific live productions as well as established touring shows. Our current projects include: Remember When Rock Was Young—The Elton John Experience; Piano Men—A Tribute to Elton John & Billy Joel; Ask Moe (Touring App); and Meyer’s work in Television and Film. We are currently undergoing a search for a part-time Production Coordinator. This role allows flexibility in work hours (approximately 25-30 hours per week) and a hybrid model (office-based and remote work).

Job Overview

The Production Coordinator will be the direct support to our Production Managers. The duties will include: scheduling, client relations, booking travel, responsible for helping the organization run smoothly. This multi-faceted position will require high accuracy in attention to detail, professional communication skills, administrative capability and enthusiasm for helping the company grow. While teamwork is essential, the large percentage of the work will be done in an autonomous environment, therefore intuitive decision skills are a must. Organization and detail are key elements in this role, and as the organization grows, creativity and process formation will take on more importance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Apple iCloud, Apple Calendar, as well as other Mac products and computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and Social Media Platforms (FB/IG/X) using Canva.

Onboarding, development and industry specific software training will be provided.

Key Tasks

· Function as an Executive Assistant for a busy, traveling professional. Including both personal (correspondence, scheduling, etc.) and general business administration.

· Travel coordination for the team (1-8 people).

· Consolidate information and present it to senior production managers.

· Coordinate multiple calendars for performance operations and events.

· Manage complexity of event coordination between multiple sources (MEG, vendors, agents, etc.).

· Project planning and tracking.

· Social media content creation and management for MEG entities.

· Serve as front line for inquiries, client services and client relations.

· Promote company professionalism internally and externally.

· Experience reading contracts is a plus, not a must have.

Pay Range $18-$22. Pay commensurate with experience.
