Contract Recruiter
Job Description:
Our client, an RCM software and consulting company, is looking to bring on 2 contract recruiters. This position is focused on high-volume, full cycle recruiting, primarily for call center positions. Top candidates will have experience with full cycle recruiting, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and experience with UKG is a plus. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Identify qualified candidates for various call center positions
Contact candidates and conduct detailed interview
Utilize good judgement to determine if candidate and position are a good match.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills while speaking with candidates during interviews.
Meet consistent daily recruiting goals and metrics,
Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma required
Post secondary degree, a plus
Desired Background/Skills:
Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting for high volume positions, preferably call center recruiting
Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
