Summary:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the outside Mobile sales team, managing supply chain inventory, written and verbal communication with OEM partners and internal team, and providing excellent customer service to our valued Transportation Industry Customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Travel Requirements: Annual or bi-yearly partner/ customer visits within the US and Canada.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Independent Work: The candidate should be capable of working independently, including night shifts, without direct supervision.
- Customer Interaction: This role involves customer-facing responsibilities, requiring a professional appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 3-5 years of management experience in Operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CRM/ERP experience required.
- Transportation Industry Experience required.
- Knowledge of state/local government procurements.
- International supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of transportation OEMs preferred.
- Ability to travel nationwide max bi-yearly.
- Willingness and ability to obtain passport for occasional trips outside US.
- Capability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance when interacting with customers.
