Job description
Position : Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Plymouth, WI 53073
Shift : 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (alternate weekends required)
Contract : 4 weeks
Start : ASAP
Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must have BLS/CPR
- Experience with SNF/LTC preferred
- Must be COVID Vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
