The BDC Representative is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone, to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles.
You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys sales and talking on the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
- Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.
- Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
- Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
- Assist in generating reports and logs.
Requirements:
- Sales experience a plus.
- Vin Solutions experience a plus
- Call Center experience a plus.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Automotive Service experience a plus.
- Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications.
- Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
- Positive Attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
- Drive to succeed in customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
