Job description
Location: Remote, but So. California Based, must be able to come to office occasionally - Department: Online Shop / Ecommerce
A: For our online shops (a combination of the following tasks)
• Communicating with customers by phone / e-mail / fax / Sales support (taking phone orders, explaining shop policies, explaining product lineups etc.)
• Communicating with Merchants, making purchase orders, inventory management
• Probably: Writing web page contents for products, sourcing new items, photographing new items, editing photographs for web.
• Hopefully: Handling the Social Media communications via Zendesk etc.(Facebook, Twitter)
B. For our main Development / Online Marketing / Advertising Business
• Communicating with clients and business related contacts by phone / e-mail / fax / Office administration / Sales support
• Hopefully: Handling the Social Media communications via Zendesk etc.(Facebook, Twitter)
• Software instruction
Qualifications:Native English speaker, would be nice if you spoke Japanese as well, or some other language
• Proficient in Windows environments, Can use Word, Excel and other basic Office tools / Has a strong interest in the IT field, ok with using a computer / the internet / software all day, every day.
• Self-starting outgoing person who likes to tackle new things aggressively
• Can work legally in the US
*We especially want you if you
• Get positively, assertively involved in your work / Can't now, but would like to learn programming / HTML / Photoshop, SNS marketing
Remuneration:
• Skill / Experience based, from $12 an hour and up.
