We are looking for an experienced Tooling Manager to join our team in the Packaging industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing all tooling operations and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of thin wall injection molding, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair any malfunctioning equipment.As the Tooling Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Tool Room. You will be in charge of maintaining and repairing all mold equipment, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for replacing molds and ensuring that all thin wall injection molding processes are running smoothly.
- 5 or more years of experience in the field of thin wall Injection Molding Tooling preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory or management position
- Experience in working with manufacturing based technology required.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, EXCEL.
This role pays an annual salary of $120,000 to $150,000 and offers commissions, bonuses, and other perks. Additionally, you will have the chance to join a great team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
