Job description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electrical Discipline Manager to work in the Cleveland, OH area working for a leading engineering and consulting firm. This is a hybrid position that offers a variety of great benefits including competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

They are on the hunt for a motivated manager to join their growing team with the following skills:
- 10+ years of experience leading a team
- EIT/PE, but not a make or break
- Experience with power distribution, substation, power system modeling, etc.
- Knowledge of PID's, single line & schematic diagrams, etc.
