Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Specialist (HRS). The ideal candidate for the HR Specialist role demonstrates a high level of initiative, learning agility, flexibility, time management, and a strong aptitude for process improvement and problem-solving. The HR Specialist role serves as a great entry role for a candidate interested in future growth opportunities on the HR Business Advisor (HRBA) team or in the broader HR department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide critical, ongoing support to the HRBA team as it relates to all activities tied to the team member lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development (talent movement), Offboarding, etc.)

Reporting to the HRBA, the person in this role will support the HRBA team’s objective to help establish and promote an organizational culture and climate in which team members have the engagement, commitment, competencies, and care to serve our customers well. The Human Resource Specialist plays a critical role in establishing the desired culture and climate for Toyota.
