- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN
What youll do as a Payroll Coordinator : - Perform full spectrum of payroll process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery
- Provide time and absence support and resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory filing according to Countries legislation
- Keep up to date on changes in statutory requirements and ensure that payroll is complied with the changes
- Complete SOX Variance Requirement reports
- Understand USAC pay rules to assist in answering Tier II inquiries and escalations from Plant HR
- Continuous effort in process streamlining to improve payroll efficiency
- Analyze and resolve inquiries from employees as they relate to payroll
- Manage reporting tasks for internal and external government systems
What youll bring to the Payroll Coordinator role: - 2-3+ years of Payroll/HR experience
- Workday & SAP Navigation Experience
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Timely execution of tasks to meet strict deadlines
