Job description

We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking a Mechanical Bid Coordinator to join our team based out of our Carlsbad, CA office. This position will support the Mechanical Self-Perform Estimating division by providing high-level administrative support related to the Pre-Construction activities including bid support, data and document control. As the Mechanical Bid Coordinator you will manage the upkeep of bid spreadsheets, organize files electronically, and track/review quotes from suppliers and vendors. This role will also help to prepare and review bid/estimate documentation alongside the estimating team and will require both strong organization skills and attention to detail.
