Job description
Job Title: PMO Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 6 months
Overview:
Our healthcare client is looking for a PMO Analyst. This is a 6-month long contract with the strong possibility to convert.
Responsibilities:
- Execute process improvements, process quality assurance reviews, governance and methodology facilitation functions, metric generation, training and coaching
- Effectively comprehend the PMO Playbook content and PMO Tool usage to be a SME to coach all stakeholders
- Act as Process Champion and execute full lifecycle activities of Process Improvement projects
- Put forth ideas to optimize and improve all aspects of PMO Playbook
- Develop training modules, job-aids or effective communications to support all PMO Playbook stakeholders
- Facilitate all Governance and Methodology owned meetings (PMO Forum, Governance Level 3 meetings, Tollgate Meetings, DPIC, Enhancement Delivery meetings, Business Solution Cross-Functional meetings, Process Improvement Sessions) and record and manage the project governance data associated with these forums
- Support audit data collections requested of the PMO
Qualifications - External
- Experience in project management, business analysis or a role in IT delivery (Programming for Tools Team) or combination
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and associated tools
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills to work independently to resolve issues.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills band relationship management abilities; ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in an organization.
- Effective communicator and ability to interact with stakeholders and multiple leadership levels (Directors and Managers) within the organization.
