As a Member Contact Sales Representative, you will be able to use your prior success in new accounts and loan products to help members of the educational community meet their financial goals. The Member Contact Sales Representiative provides exemplary member service in a secure, fast and accurate manner to members and potential members who contact the credit union through telephone and electronic communication channels . This is a great opportunity for experienced Personal Bankers, Financial Service Representatives and Banking Specialists.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Member Sales Advisor policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
• Good understanding of financial services and products provided
• Knowledge of Credit Union loan services, policies, and procedures
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards, and required loan documentation
• Knowledge of consumer lending practices
