Job Title: Digital & Content Marketing Manager

Location: McLean, VA or USA Remote (Washington, D.C. Metro area preferred)

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about driving sales, engagement, and customer loyalty through innovative digital strategies and compelling content? We're seeking a talented Digital & Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll spearhead creative initiatives to elevate our brand presence, optimize customer experiences, and generate leads. As a key player in our Marketing division, you'll collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to craft and implement strategies tailored to our Public Sector clientele.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute on-brand digital programs and content initiatives, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and tone.
Strategize both short- and long-term digital strategies to amplify marketing efforts and analyze their effectiveness.
Establish and refine best practices for content creation, distribution, and repurposing, adapting strategies in real-time.
Utilize market insights to shape content themes that resonate with our target personas.
Contribute to budget planning and business reviews, providing insights to leadership teams.
Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
Undertake additional tasks as required.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proficiency in HubSpot administration.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in event/digital/content marketing.
Strong passion for marketing, branding, and demand generation, with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
Collaborative team player with a willingness to adapt and embrace change.
Positive attitude, humility, and a sense of humor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
