Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Maintenance Specialist. The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks, including troubleshooting, with emphasis on electical/controls troubleshooting/installatiin, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance, at the Gainesville, GA facility.



Qualifications

• Expertise in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience in preventive maintenance
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
