Job description

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Business, the Commercial & Business Operations Manager is responsible for the Commercial aspects and ensure the commercial policy is being enforced. Alongside the business operations responsibility, which consists of supporting the Customer Support Managers, business cases, and standard & nonstandard, supporting complex offers as well as supporting the organization, structure and process of the civil & government front offices.
This role requires a close working relation with all the account managers and representatives, a deep knowledge of the commercial policy and various indirect key holders supporting the front offices, not limited to Production, Finance, logistics and various Corporate Business Partners & Business Developers.
The Commercial Business Operations Manager is part of a team that is dedicated to highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Commercial:
o Build and support alongside the different Key Account Managers, Business Cases internally and with Corporate in France to support Contracts
o Coordinate and support the Key Account Managers portfolio in terms of Contract renewal, amendments and ensure various commercial & legal policies are addressed and/or addressed using Offer & Contract review forms and risk matrix mitigation
• Operations:
o Support the risks & opportunities tracker to support the win rate of each regional territory
o Work with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks identified in the tracker
o Coordinate commercial aspects of the MRO operations in terms of priorities and deliveries i.e. applicable incoterm
o In charge of the various presentation and data reporting of the Key Accounts to different layers of management in the US and to Corporate
o Main interface with the Corporate Business Partners, coordinate the actions within the Customer Support team to ensure balance workload between the functions and teams
• Finance:
o Build the Financial Weekly Reporting with local Finance and Corporate Business Management Team
o In charge of the Mid Term Plan and 5 Year Plan, Budget, Regional Territory forecast data extract, compilation, analysis and comments.
o Coordinate Financial agenda to support the Annual Contract Performance Review
• Vision and relationship with key stakeholders
• Technical and functional capability of the Commercial Business Operations and its ongoing development
• Ensure available resources are allowing effective and imaginative response to our customer needs while allowing the Key Account team the best chance to win business
• Supports the budgetary, forecasts and Commercial's contribution to the Strategic Plan processes; Coordinates and delivers all the reporting requirements for Key Account Team

• Participate in the creation of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) and will represent Commercial guidance on numerous functional activities across SafranHE USA.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in business, engineering, Finance or technical / Advance Analytics Desirable
• +5 years' experience in the Aerospace or other high-tech Industry – vertical lift Desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently using both verbal and witten techniques
• Excellent analytical skills
• Highly detailed focus
• Independent
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
• Training in Six Sigma or Process Excellence preferred
• Broad knowledge of Aerospace products and services desirable

Physical Requirements:
Office
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
