Job Title: Estimator or Senior Estimator
Job Location: Malvern, PA
Salary: $130k-$170k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects spanning across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial Retail, Senior living, Multifamily, etc.

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Estimators to prepare detailed estimates for TI and ground-up projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Complete estimates for medium and large sized projects
- Review historical data from subcontractors, POs, etc. into unit cost and production rates used to generate estimates
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work
- Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular bid/project as assigned

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Years Experience as Construction estimator
- Estimating experience on 1 or more of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial Retail, Senior living, Multifamily, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques
- Experience at another general contracting company
- Bachelors degree is preferred
