Position: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: Hybrid (Remote and In-person)

Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary Description: $115k to $130k yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and in-person comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams both virtually and in-person to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment strategies.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community, leveraging both virtual and in-person platforms.

Requirements

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working in a clinical setting with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in both remote and in-person work environments
