Antoine's Bakery Metairie in Metairie, LA is looking for one office assistant to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 3030 Severn Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Complete Office tasks including working with Vendors, reviewing daily emails, working with staff and reviewing and process invoices and completing payroll. Proficient with computers and team player.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Office experience
• Excellent People Skills and enjoy working with the public
• Complete task in a timely and productive manner
• Excellent with Computers and Spreadsheets.
