POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Member Service Representative is responsible for proving excellent customer service by processing orders to fulfill member needs and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to accept unexpected changes in schedule must be able to work overtime, weekends, and some holidays as necessary to meet the business needs. Our department mission is to ensure excellent service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction is maintained.
