Job description

The Sales Leader’s core requirements include recruitment of producers, onboarding and training of producers, and holding producers accountable to their production goals. The Sales Leader is the day-to-day manager of all producers in their territory. Sales Leaders are encouraged to maintain a reasonable book of business, but do not have annual new business requirements. Sales Leaders are tasked with managing new business sales for the agency.
