Role and Responsibilities:
- š Administer at-home IV therapies, including but not limited to IVIG, antibiotics, and other specialized treatments.
- š Monitor patient responses, adapting treatments to ensure the best outcomes.
- š Ensure meticulous documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
- š¤ Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
- š§° Safely handle and maintain infusion equipment.
- š Educate patients and families on infusion treatments and overall health management.
Qualifications:
- š Valid MS nursing license.
- š Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- ā¤ļø Current CPR/BLS certification.
- š Willingness to travel within the Gulfport area.
- š» Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
