Job description
Pay: $17.25/hr.+ including shift differential
2nd Shift: Mon-Thu - 2pm to 12am
Summary:
- The Folding Operator catches the product from the folder machinery
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in printing production
- Knowledge and experience with gluing systems and glue detection systems
- Hand Dexterity and Attention to Detail are a must
- Ability to bend, reach, crawl, twist and lift at least 100 lbs is required
- Ability to remain sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to see, hear, count, measure, read, and follow verbal directions in English
- Ability to differentiate colors, horizonal, and vertical positions
- Ability to perform repetitive upper body motions
Job Functions:
- Catch product from folder machinery
- Sort product from the folder machinery.
- Insert folded product into proper boxes for Application
- Insert folded product into proper boxes for Shipping.
- Alert Folding Machine Operator of any observable product defects.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
- Ability to work Overtime as needed for production demands.
