Job description
Job SummaryThe Banquet Bartender is responsible for the set-up, operation and breakdown of event bars at Sheraton Valley Forge. Job duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, and supervisors in a positive and helpful manner, as well being able to work independently for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities * Set up and stock banquet bar area along with preparing any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and condiments/supplies.
- Greet guests, take customer’s orders and serve in a friendly, courteous manner. Maintain professionalism while assessing guest’s needs and preferences and offer recommendations if needed.
- Maintain a clean and neat work and service area and restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications* High School diploma or GED required
- One year prior bartending experience required
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
