• 7-on, 7-off schedule with some swing potential
• Intensivist team onsite and open ICU
• Responsible for rapid response, but codes typically handled by the ED
• See 16 – 18 patients per day
• Onsite services include birthing, critical care, general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and more
