My Client is a reputable Machining company in Delaware and is looking for top notch employees to join their team.
CNC Programmer with expertise on Swiss Lathes. Perm position offering competitive pay, full company benefits (health care, dental, vision, 401k, vacation/ PTO) and opportunity for professional growth.
Requirements include:
- Experience programming Swiss CNC Machines.
- Must be able to multi-task and have good team skills.
- 3+ years of experience programming/ set-up of CNC machines. Background with HAAS, HURCO, or SODICK machines is a plus.
- Reads and interprets specific machining instructions from blueprints, part and machine drawings.
- Sets up basic tooling, write and execute basic programs
- Sets up, operates and programs a broad range of production work involving close tolerance and set-ups that are exacting that are somewhat involved and have a low to moderate degree of difficulty (as skills progress so will the machining jobs)
- Performs other secondary operations such as stamping part numbers and deburring during machine cycle times
- Inspects machine parts to ensure they meet proper size, shape, or tolerance specs
- Performs routine maintenance
