professional and facili�es support services, construc�on, and infrastructure to the US government. We
are currently seeking a dedicated Execu�ve Assistant to join our team. This role requires extensive
experience in handling a wide range of administra�ve and execu�ve support-related tasks.
Posi�on Overview: FAR Group is seeking a skilled Execu�ve Assistant to provide high-level administra�ve
support to our execu�ves. The Execu�ve Assistant will play a crucial role in managing calendars,
coordina�ng travel arrangements, preparing reports and presenta�ons, and performing various tasks to
ensure the smooth opera�on of the execu�ve office. This is a full-�me posi�on based in Stafford,
Virginia.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, efficiently scheduling appointments,
meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested by executives,
ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and handling logistics to
facilitate seamless execution.
• Screen phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of executives, demonstrating
excellent communication skills.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate
handling of all communications.
• Conduct research on behalf of executives, providing relevant information and insights as
requested.
• Create presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software, ensuring visually
appealing and impactful deliverables.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders,
representing the executives with professionalism.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and other
administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized electronic files and records management system for the
executives' offices.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting
visitors, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with relevant work experience
considered.
• Experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting high-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality
documents and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective and professional
interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive
approach to tasks.
• Effective prioritization skills, maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple
responsibilities.
