Job description

Job Title: Financial Manager
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Location: REMOTE in Raleigh, NC area
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, 5+ years in industrial accounting, Experience with Quickbooks Pro

We are a small engineering contractor that specializes in providing technical services and engineered products to clients in the industrial gases industry.

What You Will Be Doing

Accounting
- Maintenance of accounting records in QuickBooks
- Management of all accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing all payroll and payroll taxes
- Expediting accounts receivable
- Preparation of financial reports and statements as needed

Procurement
- Locating and obtaining competitive quotations for equipment, parts, and technical services
- Negotiating terms of sale as needed
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Expediting delivery of open orders

Contract administration
- Preparation of invoices
- General client communications

Tax administration
- Management and preparation of business tax filings Insurance administration
- Management of annual insurance renewals
- Preparation of claims
- Obtaining certificates of insurance

What You Need for this Position

- MUST BE IN RALEIGH, NC AREA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 5+ years in Industrial Accounting
- Experiences with Quickbooks Pro
