Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers providing personalized assistance and resolving inquiries promptly.

- Provide information and updates on products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, process returns/exchanges, and facilitate seamless order fulfillment.

Customer Support Associate Requirements:
