Job description
Do you have hands on cable system, electronics, and CATV experience, and mechanical aptitude? Do you excel at training others , are known for providing exceptional customer service, and have strong critical thinking/reasoning skills? If so, we may have the perfect job for you!
Our Field Service Technician travels approximately 50% of the time domestically and internationally to customer locations for equipment demonstrations, training, troubleshooting and product installation with the remainder spent in the office providing remote customer support.
Competitive candidates have at least four years related experience and a degree (preferred) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A valid driver's license and, an acceptable driving record are required.
