Senior Research Scientist, Precision Oncology

Position Summary

The Senior Research Scientist will join a dynamic Precision Oncology team to apply  Aitia’s powerful Causal AI platform to oncology drug discovery and clinical development.  The candidate will work closely with scientists  at major biopharma and emerging drug discovery companies to deliver unique scientific insights for decision making.

The candidate will be responsible to work with internal and external teams to formulate scientific questions into coherent analytical efforts for causal analysis and derive novel biological insights for disease mechanism and to develop prognostic and predictive biomarkers.   The candidate will carry out these projects using Aitia’s proprietary Causal AI modeling and simulation platform and synthesize these results with relevant literature and bioinformatics resources.  They will communicate scientific findings to partners and collaborators and contribute to presentations at scientific conferences and publications.
