About the Role:
As a member of the team, Partner Engineer will build highly consultative trusted relationships with our strategic partners to provide business and technical thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor in solving mission-critical business and technical challenges with Planet data. This role combines technical and business skills to collaborate with our partners to ideate, scope, and bring Planet-powered features and products into the partners’ products, platforms, and apps. This will serve to grow the value we are able to provide to their customers and the world. In addition, you will be an internal advocate for our partners' needs, representing their input and feedback to drive feature innovation at the platform and product level. The ideal candidate will be able to understand and communicate deep technical topics, while working with stakeholders in different roles and levels of seniority on complex, highly visible initiatives.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is $136,000 - $223,600. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (commission, bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
