Assistant Property Manager
Choice Property is seeking an experienced full-time assistant manager with HUD experience for our Independent Living Senior Citizen property. This beautiful 150-unit, 9-story apartment building is located in Burbank. The property has a very low turnover rate and no rent delinquencies.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete annual and interim certifications for all residents per company and HUD Section 8 guidelines
- Assist in all aspects of leasing, including, but not limited to, accepting and processing applications, conducting interviews for prospective new move-ins, preparing documentation associated with certification, and recertification processes, and maintaining a waiting list.
- Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with company procedures Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years property management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Onesite Experience Required.
- Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision-making, responsibility, and reliability.
- Background and credit checks will be performed.

The property has very stable ownership and management.
