Envision Commercial Cleaning is looking to hire an operations manager to perform a wide variety of tasks related to the support of our client and team member relationships. This individual will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: 

• Cleaning commercial facilities independently or in partnership with other team members
• Training new team members
• Resolving client service issues & request
• Helping motivate and improve team member performance
• Auditing client facilities to identify any potential service deficiencies
• Filling in for short-term and/or immediate staffing shortcomings 
• Meet with clients to identify, address, and resolve issues or shortcomings.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in the cleaning industry is required
• You must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with the ability to be approved for our automobile insurance
• Experience managing or training others
• Experience in a customer service/client-facing environment
• Must be willing to be on call and take action whenever necessary to fulfill the obligations of our organization.
• Must be able to work second shift
