IBM Maximo Developer
Herndon VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Must have active Secret clearance or Higher.
Position Overview:
IBM Maximo Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. On-site requirements are three days a week with occasional travel to Washington DC for required meetings.
Requirements :
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Maximo with a focus on facilities management.
Maximo 7.x and above, Maximo Java Customizations, Maximo Automation Scripting, Oracle Database, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), SOAP / REST / JSON / XSLT
Configurations of Maximo EAM v7.x from Application, Integrations, Workflow, Security & Reporting
Troubleshoot process / functionality / system issues and resolve.
Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the implementation life cycle.
Provide technical guidance to the team in terms of improvement in the current implementation.
Must have knowledge and experience in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Collaborate with consultants and other stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
Analyze Incidents, Problems and Catalog (Service) requests on Maximo applications and implemented components and provide solutions.
Work with Product Owners & Business Analysts to understand the functional requirements and provide optimal technical solution.
Data Migration / ETL experience will be an added advantage.
Maximo Certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++ are a plus.
Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation)
Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases: database sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Configuration of Web Server Application like WebLogic/WebSphere
