Real Estate Office Assistant

Job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our real estate team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications: • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Great written and verbal skills • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Must have high school diploma or GED • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Must have a valid Texas Drivers License • Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds • Must have excellent time-management skills • Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license preferred About Company: Ranked among the Top 1% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States (by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)Ranked #1 Agent in the Nation in 2021 by NAHREPRanked 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Americas Best Real Estate Professionals Nationwide (based on transactions by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)In 2021, we helped 850+ clients sell or purchase real estate locally#1953 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in AmericaIn a recent blind survey by Inc.
